Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building energy around products and services, providing world-class customer experience, and learning while growing with the team. They engage with customers to uncover needs, educate, and recommend connected solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing in-store demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services
completing training on T-Mobile processes
establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
legally authorized to work in the United States
at least 18 years of age

Nice to have:

Retail environment experience
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
