Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to connect customers with technology solutions and provide a world-class customer experience. This role includes training and the opportunity for career growth within T-Mobile.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile plans/services
completing training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, skills, and processes
establishing relationships with and partnering with employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
