Mobile Associates are responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand in National Sales partner locations, engaging customers, and demonstrating T-Mobile solutions. They must be customer-obsessed, knowledgeable about T-Mobile products, and skilled in solution-based selling. The position requires proactive customer engagement, effective use of digital tools, and the ability to build relationships with customers and team members. Training and growth opportunities are integral parts of the role.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Recommend wireless solutions and onboarding solutions
Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and processes
Learn and improve skills continuously to provide the best customer experience
Partner with nearby store locations to support customer experience
Maintain kiosk operations, including securing assets and following procedures
Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity
Follow up with customers and manage relationships with new and existing customers
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams.
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the T-Mobile store team
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
