Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to build energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services. They build connections with customers, educate on device and service solutions, and prepare to advance to Mobile Expert roles. Mobile Associates receive training, incentive pay, and learn how to provide unmatched customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers continue their shopping journey from various channels
Exploring individual needs and demonstrating technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion
Becoming skilled in digital tools and onboarding
Completing training on T-Mobile systems and processes
Establishing relationships within T-Mobile channels
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and fostering inclusivity

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
Passionate customer advocate with desire to connect
Competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work with peers and store leaders while serving customers
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
