Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for engaging with customers, creating energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services, demonstrating value, and exceeding sales and performance targets. Passionate advocates for the connected world, they succeed in a dynamic retail environment while building strong relationships with customers and team members.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
leverages digital tools during customer interactions
recommends wireless solutions
completes training on T-Mobile experience and products
partners with nearby store locations
builds relationships with leadership and teams
ensures customer satisfaction
drives sales activity
captures referrals
performs price overrides for specialty offers

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred

Nice to have:

Passionate customer advocate
ability to connect on a personal level
confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
