Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. New associates proactively build skills and proficiencies, preparing for the next level up as Mobile Experts. Associates are passionate brand ambassadors with a competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in fast-paced environments.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
Establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
