Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around T-Mobile’s products and services while resolving customer issues and exploring solutions to meet customer needs. They engage in hands-on selling and learn new skills while achieving performance targets.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure
Using digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile’s coverage and plans
Completing training on retail skills and processes
Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
Resolving issues to create run-around-free environments

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
