Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building energy around products and services. This learning role involves building skills and deepening customer relationships by providing personalized device and service solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
learning innovations in wireless and technology
establishing relationships with other T-Mobile employees
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun
competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
