Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They engage customers, build relationships, sell products and services, and promote T-Mobile's culture and values. The role requires training, proficiency in sales and technology, and active collaboration with other employees.

Job Responsibility:

Build proficiency related to serving and selling to customers
Help customers continue their shopping journey
Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approach service and sales needs with composure and compassion
Use digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Demonstrate LTE network coverage
Showcase T-Mobile plans and services
Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and processes
Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
Resolve customer issues
Identify and handoff small business leads
Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
