Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for engaging customers in high-traffic environments to promote T-Mobile products and provide exceptional customer experiences. They utilize solution-based selling techniques, complete training on T-Mobile systems, and participate in store operations, including keys management. This role drives sales, builds customer relationships, and contributes to quality metrics.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers
Use digital tools and communicate effectively
Showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Recommend wireless and onboarding solutions
Complete training on T-Mobile systems and processes
Perform store operations, opening and closing procedures
Build relationships with customers and support teams
Follow up with customers and drive sales activity

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the T-Mobile store team
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
