Job Description:

Mobile Associate role where you serve as a brand ambassador, engaging in customer relationships, offering solutions, and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment. Role includes training and growth opportunities, with competitive benefits and incentives.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers
explores individual needs and provides demonstrations of technology in-store
approaches service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
uses digital tools to actively demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile services
completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience
supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
