Job Description:

As a Mobile Associate, you will engage with customers, use solution-based selling techniques, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services in a high-traffic retail environment. You will build relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and consistently work to exceed performance targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engaging with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
leveraging digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
identifying customer needs and demonstrating T-Mobile solutions
completing training and staying updated on products, promotions, and systems
building rapport and loyalty with customers
performing store operations, opening/closing procedures, and securing kiosk assets
partnering with nearby store locations for customer onboarding

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Customer Satisfaction skills
Team Building skills
Retail Sales skills
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
