Job Description:

Mobile Associates are integral to T-Mobile's Retail Team, bringing its brand to life in National Sales partner locations. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, showcasing T-Mobile products and services, building relationships, and meeting performance targets. The role provides training and opportunities for growth, with access to T-Mobile's comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Uses digital tools to educate customers on T-Mobile solutions
Promotes wireless solutions and the T-Mobile app
Completes training on T-Mobile products, systems, and procedures
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams
Ensures customer satisfaction
Captures referrals and builds customer loyalty

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
