Job Description:

Mobile Associates bring the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations, engaging customers, recommending solutions, and excelling in sales and customer satisfaction. They work onsite, interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment while continuously improving their skills.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers
leverages digital self-serve tools
educates customers about T-Mobile products and services
completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and processes
performs skills practicing and store operations
connects personally and builds loyalty with customers
builds relationships with nearby team members and leadership.

Requirements:

At least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
high school diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
team building skills
competitive drive for retail sales

Nice to have:

Retail environment experience
