Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services, create significant connections with customers, and offer personalized solutions. This role is designed to help associates grow their skills in preparation for the Mobile Expert level. Responsibilities include providing demonstrations, selling devices and service plans, and supporting team initiatives. Training is provided to ensure employees are equipped to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Using digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's network coverage and plans
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, skills, and processes
Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
Collectively owning the customer experience and resolving issues
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a Retail environment
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
