Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, creating energy and excitement around products and services. They are responsible for engaging customers, building relationships, recommending solutions, and driving sales activity.

Job Responsibility:

engage with customers in retail environment
leverage digital tools and onboarding processes
recommend wireless solutions
perform training on in-store skills and processes
manage store operations
build rapport and loyalty with customers
perform price overrides for specialty offers
build relationships with local stores for support

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence in sales
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
