Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are integral to the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage customers, identify needs, and educate customers about T-Mobile products and services. They ensure excellent customer experiences, meet performance targets, and contribute to the store's success through solution-based selling and relationship building.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding
Identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and continuously improve skills
Partner with nearby store locations to properly onboard customers
Perform store operations, opening and closing procedures, and securing assets
Reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity
Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
Support customer experience from account setup to device support

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Customer Satisfaction: Passionate customer advocate effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Team Building: Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
