Job Description:

Mobile Associates are part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They excel at engaging customers, building relationships, and educating about products and services. This role offers training, career growth opportunities, and the chance to contribute to T-Mobile’s customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Uses digital tools and solution-based sales techniques
Completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, systems, and processes
Educates customers and demonstrates T-Mobile solutions
Builds rapport and loyalty with customers
Partners with nearby store locations to support customer experience.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
Legally authorized to work in the United States
At least 18 years of age
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun with customers.
