Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers, recommend solutions, and build relationships through knowledgeable and attentive service.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
leverages digital self-serve tools
identifies customer needs using solution-based selling techniques
completes training on products, skills, and processes
continuously learns and improves skills
builds relationships with customers, leadership, and nearby stores
follows store opening and closing procedures
performs price overrides for specialty offers

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
effective communication
team building
competitive drive in retail sales
