Job Description:

Mobile Associates are part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage customers in a high-traffic environment, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and providing exceptional service while meeting quality metrics.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with every customer interaction
Perform store operations, opening and closing procedures, and manage assets
Partner with nearby store locations to support the customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
Ability to serve customers and provide resolutions to issues
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
