Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team to create energy around T-Mobile's products and services. They build expertise in uncovering customer needs, recommending solutions, and demonstrating device and service offerings in store. They collaborate with team members, develop sales and customer service skills, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring customer needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
using digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile coverage and benefits
completing training and learning new skills
establishing relationships and partnering with T-Mobile employees to resolve customer issues and identify business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to collaborate with peers and leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
