Mobile Associates are responsible for promoting the T-Mobile brand in National Sales partner locations. They engage customers, educate them on products and services, and build lasting relationships to deepen customer satisfaction. Mobile Associates perform solution-based selling, complete training on T-Mobile products, and collaborate with nearby teams to support the customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
use digital tools and communicate effectively
educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products and processes
leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
partner with nearby store locations to on-board customers
build relationships with nearby leadership and teams
perform price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail
continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible experience for customers
manage Be Back processes and build relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
