Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy around products and services. They provide world-class customer experience by building relationships, demonstrating technology, and tailoring solutions for customer needs. This role involves learning, sales, and collaboration to grow into the next level of expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.

Nice to have:

Experience in a retail environment
Willingness to learn and share ideas.
