Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They provide an exceptional customer experience, build and deepen relationships, and educate and recommend device solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off
exploring customer needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
side-by-side sales
approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
use digital tools in interactions
establish relationships and partner with T-Mobile employees across channels
successfully identify and handoff small business leads
support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and ability to succeed in fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
