Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They build customer relationships, provide exceptional service, and contribute to sales targets while continuously learning and improving their skills.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with customers in a retail environment
educate customers and showcase T-Mobile solutions
use digital tools and recommend solutions
perform store operations, including opening and closing procedures
build relationships with customers and deepen satisfaction
partner with nearby store locations for account setup and servicing
continuously learn and improve skills to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
legally authorized to work in the United States
customer satisfaction
team building
competitive drive in a sales environment
at least 18 years of age
