Job Description:

Mobile Associates work in a fast-paced retail environment to build relationships with customers and offer personalized solutions through hands-on demonstrations. This learning role prepares associates for promotion to Mobile Expert by completing training, developing skills, and embracing innovations in wireless technology.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Becoming skilled with and using digital tools
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes
Learning about innovations in wireless and technology
Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees
Resolving customer issues
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
