Job Description:

Mobile Associates in T-Mobile’s Store-in-Store locations are responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, recommending solutions, and supporting the onboarding process. They're passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with customers in a busy retail environment
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Recommend T-Mobile solutions and support customer onboarding
Complete training and stay updated on promotions, skills, and product knowledge
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams for customer support
Follow up with customers and drive additional sales activity

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred)
Passionate customer advocate and able to connect with customers
Team building and willingness to work with peers
Competitive drive and confidence for sales
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
