Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, fostering relationships with customers and serving their sales and service needs. The role involves hands-on technology demonstrations, side-by-side selling, and building proficiency in retail operations. Associates receive training to prepare for advancement into the Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools to support onboarding and demonstrations
Building relationships with team members and resolving customer issues
Successfully identifying and handing off small business leads

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
