Job Description:

Mobile Associates are key players in T-Mobile’s retail team, engaging with customers and showcasing products/services in high-traffic environments. They build customer relationships using solution-based selling techniques, drive sales, and provide exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Leverages digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding
Completes training on T-Mobile processes and systems
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams
Handles store operations, opening and closing procedures
Performs customer outreach to drive sales activity.

Requirements:

At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Nice to have:

Bilingual Spanish preferred.
