Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations. They excel at engaging with customers, identifying needs, and recommending solutions, while continuously learning and improving skills. They also manage store operations and build relationships with nearby leadership teams.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
uses digital tools and solution-based selling techniques
completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience
reviews personal results, promotions, and updates
builds rapport and trust with customers
performs store operations, opening, and closing procedures
connects with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
passionate customer advocate
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment
