Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building energy and excitement around products and services while creating meaningful connections with customers. They are responsible for exploring customer needs, demonstrating and educating about technology, and recommending personalized solutions. This is a learning role, with training provided to prepare for advancement in their career.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
educating on T-Mobile coverage, plans, and services
completing on-the-job training
partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to create a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
