Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, engaging customers, and recommending solutions to enhance their satisfaction. They perform sales tasks, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and complete training to continuously improve their skills.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
use digital tools and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions
complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and processes
deepen relationships with customers using solution-based selling techniques
partner with nearby store locations for customer onboarding
perform store operations including opening and closing procedures
build relationships with leadership and teams nearby to support the customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
willingness to work with peers and leaders
competitive drive and confidence in retail sales
