Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to customers, focusing on personalized solutions and building customer loyalty. They complete new employee training and continuously develop their expertise in sales and technology innovations while partnering with other teams to enhance customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring customer needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plans
completing training and learning new skills
establishing relationships with other employees to enhance customer experiences
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
