Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They thrive in a high-traffic, tech-driven environment and focus on building and deepening customer relationships through solution-based selling and exceptional experiences. Responsibilities include proactively engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and achieving performance goals.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase T-Mobile solutions
leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions
complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes
partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers
perform store operations and opening/closing procedures
connect with customers to build rapport, trust, and loyalty
proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity
follow up with customers and capture referrals
build relationships with leadership and teams nearby to support the customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect with customers
ability to balance customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
