Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of the T-Mobile Retail Team, responsible for showcasing T-Mobile products and services within National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers, recommend solutions, and deepen customer relationships while achieving sales and service goals.

Job Responsibility:

Engage proactively with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
use digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions
recommend wireless solutions and assist customers with onboarding
participate in training to continuously improve skills
support nearby store locations for customer onboarding
secure kiosk assets and follow up on lost items
build trust and rapport with customers
follow up on potential customers and drive sales activity
collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
at least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
effective communication and ability to connect with customers
team-oriented mindset
competitive drive to succeed in sales
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Retail environment experience
knowledge of T-Mobile products and processes
