Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. The role focuses on customer connections, expertise in uncovering customer needs, and recommending device and service solutions. Associates thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating T-Mobile's values and preparing for growth opportunities as Mobile Experts.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers continue their shopping journey
Exploring customers' individual needs
Providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to personalize solutions for devices and accessories
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools during interactions and onboarding
Completing on-the-job and systems training
Building and deepening relationships with customers
Partnering across channels (business, customer service)
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and fostering an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals

Nice to have:

Fluency in Spanish
