Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around products and services and are passionate about technology. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building significant connections with customers and deepening relationships across the wireless industry.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile plans
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
seeking out information and innovations during shifts
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
