Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team of Experts to innovate in the fast-paced wireless industry, focusing on customer needs, sales, and relationship building. They gain proficiency through training and hands-on experience while developing skills to progress to the Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers continue their shopping journey
exploring customer needs and providing demonstrations
side-by-side selling personalized solutions
approaching sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and T-Mobile plans
completing training on T-Mobile processes and systems
resolving customer issues with seamless assistance
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
