Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. Mobile Associates excel at building relationships with customers through meaningful interactions and thrive in a high-traffic environment. They are committed to exceeding customer expectations and deepening customer relationships, while hitting sales targets and meeting quality metrics.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources
Follow store operations procedures, including opening and closing the kiosk
Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers during interactions
Partner with nearby store locations to support customer experience
Perform price overrides for specialty offers and manage Be Back processes.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
