Job Description:

Mobile Associates work on the Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life through exceptional customer experiences and personalized device and service solutions. This is a learning role, preparing associates for advancement to Mobile Expert. The role involves using digital tools, completing training, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with T-Mobile teammates to enhance the customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Demonstrating T-Mobile’s ever-expanding coverage and services
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experiences, new skills and processes
Learning about innovations in wireless and technology between customers
Establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
