Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, engaging actively with customers, and recommending wireless solutions. Training and development opportunities are accessible, with the chance for promotion to Mobile Expert after completing milestones.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with customers in highly-traffic retail environment
use digital tools and solution-based selling techniques
consistently leverage self-serve tools during customer interactions
complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and processes
partner with store locations for proper customer onboarding
carry keys to kiosk cabinets, lock/secure kiosk and assets
reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity
perform price overrides for specialty offers
build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
