Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to deliver excellent customer experiences and build relationships while selling T-Mobile products and services. They are responsible for personalized sales, service, and technology demonstrations, as well as growing in skills and knowledge through training and teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools to show customers coverage and T-Mobile plans
Completing new employee training and expanding skills and knowledge
Establishing relationships with other T-Mobile employees and resolving customer needs
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
