Job Description:

Mobile Associates (MA) are brand ambassadors who bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building energy and excitement around products and services. They work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to develop proficiency in service and sales, as well as create significant connections with customers.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure
utilizing digital tools to actively demonstrate T-Mobile’s services
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience
establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
