Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of the Retail Team to build energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves selling devices and service plans, providing hands-on demonstrations, and consistently learning about wireless and technology innovations.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate coverage and services
completing training on skills, processes, and systems
seeking out information on wireless and technology innovations
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
