Job Description:

The Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store position is integral to building the T-Mobile brand by engaging customers in partner retail locations. It involves identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, deepening relationships, and excelling in sales metrics while providing exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Leverage digital tools during onboarding and customer interactions
Showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions while recommending wireless solutions
Complete training on store operations, skills, and knowledge related to the role
Build and deepen relationships with customers via interactions, loyalty building, referrals, and other personalized engagement
Partner with nearby store locations to ensure quality customer onboarding
Support store closing, opening procedures, and manage security protocols

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED (Required)
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
