Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. This role involves active customer engagement, educating customers, and recommending solutions. Successful candidates will excel in sales, customer experience, and meeting performance metrics. There is an opportunity for career growth upon completing training milestones.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
utilize digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding process
identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products
deepen customer relationships
complete training on T-Mobile experience, products, and procedures
perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations
follow up with customers and build relationships
collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support customers

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
