Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life by engaging customers, building relationships, and providing solutions. This learning role builds proficiency in service and sales to prepare associates for the next level as a Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Using digital tools in interactions and showing T-Mobile's coverage and network
Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
