Job Description:

Mobile Associates are integral team members at T-Mobile responsible for engaging with customers, identifying needs, and demonstrating T-Mobile solutions in a retail sales environment. This role includes driving customer satisfaction through exceptional service and solution-based selling.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Uses digital tools to communicate and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions
Identifies customer needs and applies solution-based selling techniques
Completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and processes
Practices store operations, opening and closing procedures
Builds and deepens relationships with customers through meaningful interactions
Partners with nearby store locations to support the customer experience
Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer servicing

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to effectively balance customer experience and performance goals
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
