Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate brand ambassadors who provide world-class customer experience and are continuously learning about technology innovations and customer needs. This is a learning role where associates build skills to prepare for the next role of Mobile Expert. Responsibilities include serving and selling to customers, finding personalized sales solutions, using digital tools, completing training, and collaborating with other employees.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers
Helps customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
Explores individual needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Performs side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers
Approaches service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
Becomes skilled with and uses digital tools
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience and processes
Establishes relationships and partners with other T-Mobile employees
Successfully identifies and hands off small business leads
Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
