Mobile Associates are key members of our Retail Team who bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are customer-obsessed individuals who create excitement around our products, thrive in high-traffic environments, and deepen customer relationships through meaningful interactions and solution-based selling. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and continuous learning in a dynamic setting.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources
Perform store operations, opening and closing procedures
Partner with nearby store locations to properly/fully on-board customers
Build rapport through exceptional customer service
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
